An exciting opportunity is now available for an accomplished & experienced senior MIT, modality supervisor or Deputy Chief to step into a Chief MIT leadership role at our Rowville clinic. This position is ideal for a strong clinical leader who is passionate about people, quality, and delivering outstanding patient care.

This is a Permanent Full Time role!

Our purpose-built radiology clinic in Rowville has been designed to provide comprehensive medical imaging services to the local community, ensuring leading expertise, care and convenience for patients and healthcare providers alike. Our custom-designed, modern clinic provides patients with a comfortable environment, offering a range of state-of-the-art imaging services, including CT scans, MRI, Ultrasound, X-Ray and Interventional Procedures.

As Chief MIT, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the culture, performance, and future direction of the clinic—leading a skilled imaging team while maintaining hands‑on clinical excellence.

As Chief MIT , you will work closely with the Operations Manager- Metro and Clinical Director to:

• Build, lead, and coach, an engaged and high-performing team
• Drive clinical quality and service excellence
• Deliver an outstanding patient experience
• Ensure efficient workflow and optimal resource utilisation while maintaining high standards of patience care
• Cultivate a positive and collaborative team culture

About You

You are an experienced leader who combines clinical expertise with people development and commercial awareness.

You bring:

• Previous experience as a Chief Radiographer – or Deputy Chief/Modality Supervisor ready to step up
• Proven success in mentoring, coaching and developing teams
• A strong commitment to patient safety and clinical excellence
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Sound judgement, initiative and confident decision-making ability
• Commercial insight to optimise operations while maintaining high care standards
• Current AHPRA or ASAR registration along with radiation licence and WWCC
